According to Article 3 of the Regulation on the assessment of the training results of full-time university students, issued attached to Circular 16/2015/TT-BGDDT stipulates that to consider and assess the training results of learners, the consciousness and attitude of learners should be evaluated according to the points achieved in the following aspects:
- Consciousness of participation in studying;
- Consciousness of adhering to school rules, regulations, and provisions;
- Consciousness of participation in political, social, cultural, artistic, sports activities, crime prevention, and social evils;- Civic consciousness in community relationships;
- Consciousness and results of participation in class cadre work, mass organizations, other organizations within the higher education institution, or special achievements in studying and training.
In which, the training points are assessed on a 100-point scale.
Additionally, the principles for assessing the training results of learners must comply with the following principles:
- Seriously implement the process and assessment criteria specified in this regulation; ensure objectivity, transparency, fairness, and accuracy.
- Ensure equality, democracy, and respect for the autonomy of the assessed individuals.
- Ensure coordinated and tight collaboration among relevant departments and units within the school in assessing the training results of learners.
