03 Types of Reports in Civil Judgment Enforcement

The Ministry of Justice issued Circular 01/2016/TT-BTP on February 1, 2016, listing specific types of reports in civil judgment enforcement.

Circular 01 stipulates that reports in civil judgment enforcement include:

- Regular reports as prescribed;- Reports according to the industry's and unit's work plan;- Ad hoc reports at the request of superior civil judgment enforcement agencies and civil judgment enforcement management agencies; reports at the request of competent authorities.

Additionally, Circular 01 also stipulates that when reporting on judgment enforcement, the following principles must be adhered to:

- The judgment enforcement agency must strictly, fully, and promptly comply with reports on civil judgment enforcement. Compliance with reporting and statistical policies on civil judgment enforcement is one of the conditions for annual commendation and reward considerations for units.- The content of reports on civil judgment enforcement work must ensure completeness, honesty, accuracy, objectivity, and reflect the true situation of the unit's task performance and meet the reporting requirements of the competent authorities.
